We have a great team down here at Webfertile HQ , but as things have been getting a little hectic  of late we decided to employ a new member!

The entire process went like this:

1. I posted a blog 'looking for so and so...

2. Then I tweeted the blog post.

3. Two days later I met up with a guy who expressed interest in the position.

4. I offered him the job

Easy as that!

I remember years ago when I was working for a fairly large company - the process of selecting suitable employees was such a time consuming and costly affair - How things have changed!

These days by using Google etc you can do quite an extensive search on an applicants history and by placing an employee on a trial basis, you can 'try before you buy' as it were.

If you're thinking of employing someone to help out, right now might be the best time to try! Just because everyone else still uses conventional methods to fill a position doesn't mean you have to be the same!
